What is the cost of services?

We do not set the prices of the services or products. They are set by the salons and stylists. However they can give discounts anytime.

What if I cancel?

If you cancel before 8 hours to the appointment time and if you had already paid, we refund all payments to you and the appointment is cancelled. However should the you cancel 8 hours to the appointmnet time, we will fine you 30% of the payment for the inconvience caused.

If a salon cancels, we refund all payments to you and the salon is fined.

What if I do not pay?

You are expected to pay for all appointments after they have confirmed the slot and before the service is carried out. Should you fail to pay within 24 hours after approval, the slot will be cancelled to give a chance to someone else.

What payment methods do we use?

We currently only use Lipa Na M-PESA but our IT staff is working on other payments such as Cash, VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.

Are there any bonuses?

Of course! You get any a point any time you make a booking with us in proportion to the price of the service. These points can be redeemed to pay for a service on our platform!

How do I get my revenue?

We send all payments at the end of each day at around 7:30 pm. Please ensure that your withdrawal number is verified. We will not disburse any amount if you haven't verified your number.

Can I give discount after booking?

Yes, you have an option of giving clients discounts after booking an appointment.
